Since each product is handmade by an artisan, there could be distinctive variations in color, shape, size or slight imperfections.

We are no longer accepting any returns.

In case of exceptionnal return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exceptionnal returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is the price for shipping an order?

We are currently offering standard shipping for delivery in France, Europe.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we offer international shipping at checkout.

When will my order ship?

All standard ground shipments should arrive to you 3-8 business days from date of order.. Any orders placed after 1:30pm , will ship out the next business day.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily use LA POSTE, and express packages may ship via CHRONOPOST.
